  If I feel I like her,  In case it seems I love her, It's not because of her beautiful eyes, Or the pretty way in which she smiles. It's not because of the way she walks, Nor is it the way that she talks; Or the way that she dresses, And absolutely not because of her tricky glance.             I saw a pair of eyes today, eyes that knew me but pretended they didn't they glanced in my direction they danced all over my body but never, not once did they meet my own. We exchanged platitudes, "How's mum, how's work?" But the eyes betrayed hidden emotions. We were lovers once; by fate or quirk? I stare intently, hoping to catch her gaze her black pupils dodge mine and then we lock, for a second only...we're in a daze.
